Andrei RYBKIN

Chief Executive Officer

Andrei Rybkin brings a background of over two decades in executive management and financial leadership, including senior roles at DeltaLeasing / Siemens Finance, where he oversaw strategic growth and operational development in an international environment.

In 2012, Andrei began his personal Iyengar Yoga journey as a dedicated practitioner, which led to the establishment and long-term management of a brick-and-mortar yoga studio in his home country. This experience provided him with practical insight into studio operations, the needs of practitioners, and the responsibilities of maintaining authenticity in traditional methods.

Currently based in Canada, Andrei serves on the Board of Directors of the B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga Association of Vancouver (IYAV) and continues his path in the method as a practitioner and teacher apprentice. His combined experience in corporate leadership, project development, and day-to-day yoga community engagement informs the strategic vision of MOMENTUMSOUL YOGA SOLUTIONS INC.

Leonid RYBKIN

Chief Operating Officer

Leonid Rybkin contributes a practical and technical foundation to the development of MOMENTUMSOUL. His professional experience includes roles at Alectra Utilities and TS Tech Canada, where he worked with operational systems, electrical documentation, and GIS record management, backgrounds that strengthened his attention to detail, process awareness, and ability to handle structured information environments. Prior experience in electrical installation and troubleshooting further demonstrates adaptability and hands-on problem-solving skills.

Leonid is a member of both the B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga Association of Vancouver (IYAV) and the Iyengar Yoga Association of Canada (IYAC), maintaining a steady personal practice that supports the company’s connection to the method. His familiarity with the discipline and community perspective provides continuity between the technical side of platform development and the expectations of practitioners and teachers.

As COO, Leonid coordinates operational planning, technological integration, and the practical implementation of project goals, linking the company’s digital direction with its foundation in Iyengar Yoga principles.
